Terms
The service
Quartet, made by Affirmi.tv Inc., sends your question to several language models at once and shows their answers and an agreed answer. The answers are generated by models and can be wrong. They are not professional advice of any kind, and you should not act on one where a mistake would cost you.
Your account
You need to be 13 or older. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is yours. Do not use Quartet to break the law, to harm someone, or to get around the limits we place on how often and how much it can be asked.
Credits
New accounts receive credits at no charge. Credits are a measure of use inside Quartet, not money. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred or refunded, and we may change how many a question costs as model prices change. Paid plans, if we offer them, come with their own terms shown before you buy.
Your content
Your questions stay yours. You give us the permission we need to send them to the models and to show you the answers. How we keep and delete them is in the privacy policy.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the ACCOUNT screen. We can close an account that breaks these terms. Either way, what we keep after that is described in the privacy policy.
Limits
Quartet is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Affirmi.tv Inc. is not liable for losses that come from relying on an answer or from the service being unavailable, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the law of California.
